Jeff Jones
Owner/President/Operator

Jeff, certified by the Alabama HVAC Board, Generac, and NATE, brings over 30 years of experience. A 1991 graduate of Pines Vocational Tech, he attended Carrier Start-Up School in 1995. Starting as a service tech at Inland Air, he became one of the owners in 2021.

Jason Douglas
Owner/Vice President/Operator

Jason, NATE certified with 25 years in HVAC, joined Inland Air Systems in 2004. Rising from helper to mechanic to service technician, he became one of the owners when the company was purchased in 2021.

Amber Washam
Owner/Treasurer/Operator

Amber Washam grew up in the family HVAC business founded by her grandfather in 1981. From matching invoices to assisting operations, she became an integral part of the team. A proud Bryant Women in HVAC member, Amber purchased the company from her father in 2021, continuing its legacy.

Michael Goram
Estimator

Michael Goram, former owner of Inland Air Systems, took over the business from his father in 1999. After selling it to Amber, Jeff, and Jason in 2021, he continues as our estimator and trusted advisor, bringing decades of experience and expertise to the team.

Rob Beck
Lead Service Technician

Rob, with over 10 years in the HVAC industry, serves as the lead service technician at Inland Air Systems. A skilled leader, he guides fellow technicians and consistently shares his expertise to ensure top-notch service and teamwork.

John Hagers
Service Technician

John, a skilled service and maintenance technician, is a newer addition to our team but brings valuable experience from his extensive background in the HVAC industry.

Mike Balsamo
Service Technician

Mike has been a dedicated service and maintenance technician with Inland Air Systems for several years, providing reliable expertise and exceptional service to our customers.

Colton Clemmons
Mechanic

A Baldwin County local, Colton, began as a helper and has worked hard to become a skilled mechanic, bringing dedication and expertise to the Inland Air Systems team.

Cole Jordan
Helper

Cole, our youngest team member and a proud Robertsdale native, has quickly become a valued part of Inland Air Systems. Though new to the team, his enthusiasm and dedication shine through in all he does.

Daltyn Washam
Helper

Daltyn Washam, Amber's stepson, recently joined the team as a helper. After working with our other business, he decided to explore a career in HVAC. His enthusiasm and willingness to learn make him a great addition to Inland Air Systems.
